More easy dinner inspiration! Literally what could be easier to make than a Greek salad? Nothing.
Greek Salad (served with warm Ciabatta bread)
Prep Time: 5 minutes, maybe | Cook Time: None!
- Feta Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Ciabatta Bread
Chop up all your veggies and feta, throw it into a bowl with some olive oil and balsamic and there you go! A delicious, healthy, and filling meal. I know that Greek salads usually have olives in it too but Kenyon and I both hate olives. Also if you have an extra 20 or 30 minutes, let the salad cool in the fridge. Best served chilled.
As far as the bread, we just bought a loaf of Ciabatta bread from Coles and warmed it up in the oven for five minutes to pretend like we baked it ourselves. Then we just dipped it in more olive oil and balsamic - a delicious and necessary addition.
